Senior Designer - Ramboll UK, London  1/19 -
                            - Ramboll E&H Europe and Africa, Bath  12/17 - 1/19
Ramboll are a global engineering and environmental consultancy based in Denmark with offices in 35 countries. I joined the Environment & Health division to provide support across Europe and Africa - working to brand guidelines for marketing communications both on and off line. I have more recently been working with the UK comms team across all sectors. I was part of a group of designers who attended the branding workshop in Copenhagen to help develop a new Ramboll CVI.
I was also keen to explore the potential of After Effects animations for communicating sometimes complex subjects, as well as developing existing icons into animated versions and creating new animations for use in presentations, reports and social media. My work has included projects for the British Antarctic Survey, COP26, International Women In Engineering Day and the world-first Bunhill Energy Centre.

Freelance Designer
01/17 - 12/17 (inc. 6 months at Longleat Safari Park, Warminster)
During a 6 month period at Longleat I designed a range of materials from on-site signage and display information to billboard posters, packaging design and complete POS materials for a retail outlet.

Creative Design Manager - Playforce, Wiltshire
08/06 - 12/16
I was responsible for the design of all marketing communications for the UK’s leading outdoor educational play equipment company. Working closely with the Director of Marketing to deliver an effective marketing strategy, my role included establishing marketing themes to run through the school calendar and then to design and schedule this activity. Depending on the campaign this could have included writing and designing a Direct Mail case study, supported by an HTML email; storyboarding and then filming and editing a video for web content using a DSLR camera. Then using Dotmailer to analyse their performance and report back to the Director of Marketing.
As lead creative I ensured brand guidelines were upheld across all communications including brochures & catalogues, direct mail and print advertising to e-shots, website design (including the setting up of a new e-commerce site), exhibition stands, vehicle livery and video production. I worked with local photographers when producing product catalogues as well as undertaking some photography myself.
During my time we successfully rebranded the business and continuously developed the visual identity to give a clear position in the market place.
I also managed an artwork team of 6 to ensure accuracy and production targets were met for school playground designs and encouraged a continual development of 3D design styles and presentation into a market-leading bid format for the sales team.

Senior Designer - Clear Communications, Tetbury Glos
03/04 - 04/06
Clear had recently relocated to Tetbury from Plymouth when I was asked to join to run the small studio. My first priority was to maintain the excellent service to clients during the change over and then to set about winning new clients in the area, this I did successfully.
We produced a range of marketing communications from advertising and direct mail to corporate literature and identities, exhibition stands and newsletters. I managed the daily workflow and studio output for myself and a junior designer.
